TERMS & CONDITIONS
Each Customer must read and understand the following terms and conditions prior purchasing E-Books or Lectures:

- E-Books or Lectures shall work only on Android Mobile, Android Tablet or Windows Laptop. iOS Devices are not compatible now with our App and Software.

- We provide E-Books or Lectures in Encrypted mode. Only One Device shall be allowed as chosen by you.

- E-Books or Lectures shall only be played on the software player or app provided by us.

- E-Books or Lectures shall have a limited time bound validity. Validity extension is chargeable.

- You can view E-Books or Lectures only on One Device i.e. the device on which you viewed the E-Book or Lecture for the first time. If the device gets damaged or any other reason of E-Books or Lectures not running on the first device, then we allow only one time switch.

- Once you switch to a new device, then you can not switch to any other device again.
PRIVACY Policy

- All our E-Books or Lectures are in encrypted mode.

- E-Books or Lectures can only be played on the player or app provided by us.

- No part of the Books or E-Books may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the author. Strict actions under the copyright laws will be taken against if found to be guilty.

- Screen recording of Lectures and using it for business use will be termed as a punishable offence. Strict actions under the copyright laws will be taken against if found to be guilty.
CANCELLATION & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Once order is done, there is no provision for cancellation.
Refund Policy:
Refund is not applicable in case of Hard copy Books or E-Books.
It is only applicable for Lectures only if your device is incompatible with the video player of our lectures. However even in that case also you have to report to us with 48 hours. After that no refund will be processed.
Device Switch Policy:
If your device gets damaged or any other reason of E-Books or Lectures not running on first device, then we allow only one time switch.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Once the order is placed successfully, it will take 1 business day to be acknowledged by our back end team.

- For Hard Copy Books, order will be dispatched with 1-2 business days after acknowledging your order.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary. It usually takes 4-5 business days for delivery from the time when your order is dispatched.

- You will receive the receipt of the courier slip from where you can track the courier.
For E-Books, sharing of encrypted app/player & study material may take up to 1-3 business days after acknowledging your order.
